RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at DED-planet (ded-planet.net). By completing a purchase on our store, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please read carefully before ordering.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible items. To be eligible, items must be: unused and in original condition, in original packaging with all tags and accessories included, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

20% Restocking Fee All change-of-mind returns (wrong size, no longer wanted, ordered by mistake) are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. This covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs on the supplier's end.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you may be entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost. To qualify: you must contact us at contact@ded-planet.net within 48 hours of delivery, and you must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the fault or damage. Failure to report within 48 hours or provide evidence will result in the return being treated as a change-of-mind return, subject to the 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged with evidence provided: made-to-order or custom items, hygiene products once opened or unsealed, items that have been assembled, installed, or modified, and items returned without original packaging.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility. Items must be returned to the original supplier address provided upon return authorisation. We do not accept returns sent to our UK address — any items sent without prior authorisation will not be refunded.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address If a package is undeliverable or returned to sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer at checkout, the customer is fully responsible for any re-shipping fees and any costs incurred by the failed delivery. We are not liable for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to customer address errors. No refund will be issued for orders lost due to incorrect address information.

Fraudulent Claims & Abuse DED-planet reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds where there is evidence of misuse or intentional damage, fraudulent claims or false descriptions of faults, or repeated return behaviour suggesting abuse of our policy. We reserve the right to block future orders from customers who abuse our return policy.

Refund Processing Once a return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Return:

  2. Attach photographic/video evidence if claiming a defect
  3. Wait for return authorisation within 2 business days
  4. Ship the item to the address provided — return shipping is your responsibility
  5. Refund processed within 5–7 business days upon receipt and inspection

Our Commitment DED-planet is a professional e-commerce business committed to delivering quality products and honest service. We take every order seriously and expect the same from our customers. Our policies exist to protect both parties and ensure a fair, transparent shopping experience. We are not responsible for supplier manufacturing variations, minor colour differences due to screen settings, or delivery delays caused by customs or courier services beyond our control.
